We assume that you have done enough independent research to be making informed choices about the procedure you will be having however, we still need to make our own checks to be sure this is right for you.  Final checks take place the day before your procedure but when you make an initial booking we will need to know the following:-

Information on your age, your weight and your height; what medication you are currently on and what medical procedures you have had in the past.

If you have had any previous cosmetic procedures we would like to know about them and when they were.

Following receipt of this information we will probably request photographs for our surgeons to study and base surgical decisions around.  These will be treated in the strictest privacy.
